By accessing and using FoodCostingApp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Subscription and Billing

FoodCostingApp is a subscription-based service billed monthly:

• Subscription fees are charged monthly on your billing date
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
• After 30 days, your account and all associated data may be permanently deleted

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. User Content and Data

• We do not claim ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the Service
• We will not share your data with third parties without your consent
• You can export your data at any time

6. Acceptable Use

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
